The symposium is organized as “all inclusive”. The fee covers:
- full boarding (4 nights ***plus accommodation in single or double bedrooms)
- all day meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, opening ceremony, night garden party)
- social program (classical music concert, UNESCO city of Telc, etc.)
- conference fee (characteristic organizers expenses, publication expenses / Chem. Pap. journal charges the conference per each accepted paper, conference awards, invited speakers, etc.)

Conditions for cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to hana.bartkova@vscht.cz. For cancellation received on or before 15 August 2014, registration fees will be reimbursed except for 50 Euro handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellations received after this date. All types of registration are subject to the same conditions for cancellations.
